Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

We currently ship orders only within the United States

All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed during holidays may be delayed, and a notification will be sent to the customer if there are any delays or issues with shipment

Processing Time: It takes roughly 1-3 business days for our logistics partners to process and fulfill an order. In the rare case that there are any delays, the customer will be notified immediately.

Shipping Time: Shipping time takes 4-9 business days from the date that it is shipped, not the date the order is placed. 

Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track your package online. Please note that tracking information may be delayed due to international shipping.

Refunds & Returns: We recommend you request a refund 100% of the time if there are any issues with your package. Please see our Refund policy for more information.

Notice: – Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There are no additional charges for this. – In some cases, we may contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before producing.
